Quynh Mai is a certified Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt based in Hanoi, Vietnam, with a proven track record in Lean Six Sigma training and consulting since December 2015. She supports our work in Vietnam.

Quynh Mai began her career at Samsung Industrial, where she honed her expertise in Human Resources. She later transitioned to the Vietnam Productivity Institute, taking on roles in training and consulting. During her tenure, she gained extensive experience delivering Quality Management and Lean Six Sigma solutions to diverse industries.

As a certified Black Belt, Quynh Mai is highly skilled in leveraging statistical tools for effective problem-solving. Her proficiency in both English and Vietnamese, coupled with her adaptability, allows her to collaborate seamlessly across various industries.

Quynh Mai holds a Master of Economics degree from the Foreign Trade University in Hanoi, specializing in International Economics. Her solid academic foundation and hands-on industry experience make her a versatile and highly sought-after consultant in Vietnam.
