Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and Black Belt Certification
Certification Requirement
Certification recognises candidates who have successfully learned and applied their newly acquired skills to strengthen performance as leaders and managers within the company. This defining moment is a mark of excellence, indicating their knowledge and mastery in of Six Sigma principles where they have proven their ability to:
Demonstrate Strong Business Acumen in the application of Data Analytic to business situations.
Manage teamwork and Lead Organisational change initiative.
Effectively apply the DMAIC methodology for process improvement and process redesign.

To be certified as Green Belt, candidate must complete the following:
Successfully attend the 5 Day Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Workshop
Obtain a Passing score of 70% or above for the on-line Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Assessment.
Successfully complete a workplace Green Belt project and received project endorsement from a panel of assessors.

As a pre-requisite, candidate must first obtain Green Belt Certification status before proceeding to complete the other requirements:
Successfully attend the 5 Day Black Belt Workshop
Obtain a Passing score of 80% or above for the on-line Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Assessment.
Successfully complete a workplace Black Belt project and received project endorsement from a panel of assessors.
