Certification recognizes employees who have successfully learned and applied their new Six Sigma skills to strengthen performance as leaders and managers within the company. - Demonstrate understanding of Six Sigma concepts 
- Effectively scope and define a problem and goal 
- Ensure accurate, valid measurement system 
- Use data to determine root causes and make improvement decisions 
- Successfully transition the solution to the Process Owner 
- Manage teamwork and organizational change 
Most Certification Program is criteria-based, involving the following components to be certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt / Black Belt.
- Complete the following NTU PaCE workshops: - Green Belt Certification: - 4.5-day Establishing Lean Six Sigma Methodology Workshop 
 
- Black Belt Certification: - 3.5-day Applying Statistics on Lean Six Sigma 
- 3-day Design Thinking Workshop 
 
 
- Core Skills on-line examination, covering the basic concepts and tools of DMAIC. Passing score of 70% or above on each section of the Exam for both Green Belt and Black Belt certification. 
- Successful project completion and review. The candidate will submit a storyboard for their completed project. An evaluator will conduct an oral project review, during which the candidate will answer questions about project activities and results. 
Please note that there is a certification fees of SGD500.00 for each application.
